Life in a hurry is a life unfulfilled. Have you ever eaten something really fast and wondered what did I just eat? You never tasted it! You never experienced all the flavors that makes up the dish. Now its over and you can't talk about it. I don't allow my kids to eat in the car anymore because I realized I was teaching them that they didn't have time to focus on the little things. Like enjoying family time with friends and family and also the art of waiting. My kids were upset at the change but then quickly recovered once they benefited from the experience. I have learned that in my slowing down, I can see all the little details and appreciate them. On any journey it helps to get the fundamentals. I hated math for a long time and it was because I missed some steps along the way. The fundamentals. It caused everything that i did math related to be a painful process. And I was left unfulfilled in trying to gauge my way through simple things. What are you rushing through? What are you not experiencing that cause you to feel unfulfilled? Did you get the fundamentals?
Do something for you that only you deserve. Have a love yourself day💚💚💚💚 J. Chatfield
