Cancellation Policy
Booking & Refund Policy All bookings are final. If there are no available dates to reschedule, a refund may be considered. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7 business days to process. Results vary for each individual and cannot be guaranteed. The facilitator, J. Chatfield, will provide guidance, accountability, and support, but all work and progress are the responsibility of you, the participant. Open communication is encouraged. Please reach out directly to J. Chatfield with concerns before posting about your experience on public platforms. By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
