Each month, HeartChat Stories will focus on one story to allow space for intentional reading, reflection, and connection. The first meeting will begin with soft introductions followed by quiet reading time; if the group chooses, the story may be read aloud, otherwise silent reading will take place with calming music provided. Reflection questions are labeled by week and will guide discussion, with each participant having the option to share for up to five minutes, followed by brief supportive feedback or group conversation, always on a voluntary basis. If time allows, sessions may also include light activities such as games or small group work to encourage connection. Between meetings, participants will continue the process through personal journaling in the journal provided by the facilitator, using the story and reflections to deepen self-awareness and insight.
